CDIA's Group Life Insurance Program

For over 40 years CDIA has sponsored a very successful group life program for employees of our member firms.  

CDIA recently negotiated a flat rate of $0.26 per $1,000 for basic life insurance coverage, regardless of age.   This basic life insurance plan provides coverage to your employees at either one or two times annual salary to a maximum of $250,000 and is employer paid.   

In addition to the basic life insurance plan, a supplemental insurance plan offers your employees the opportunity to purchase, at their expense, additional coverage up to $250,000.  The premium rate is determined by the employee’s age.
