Jennifer Burns, Chairman of the Consumer Data Industry Association (CDIA) Board of Directors, made the following comments on the planned departure of current CDIA President and CEO Francis Creighton:
“On behalf of the CDIA Board, I would like to thank our President and CEO Francis Creighton for his years of service on behalf of CDIA and congratulate him as he prepares to take the helm of the Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America in November 2022. Throughout his tenure, Francis has helped maintain our industry’s strong focus on the consumers we serve and has steered CDIA and its members through countless challenges, including the COVID-19 pandemic.
“The CDIA Board has begun a search for a replacement and will work with Francis to ensure a seamless transition to new CDIA leadership. Meanwhile, the dedicated and talented staff at CDIA will continue their tireless work on behalf of the consumer reporting industry and the consumers we serve.”
