Exploring how women can balance career ambitions, personal goals, leadership aspirations, and life transitions in a way that feels sustainable.
Success looks different for every woman and often evolves throughout our careers and lives. Join the Women in Consumer Data community this October for an afternoon of meaningful conversations, practical insights, and peer connection as we explore how to balance career ambitions, personal goals, leadership aspirations, and life’s many transitions in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
Back by popular demand, the Women in Consumer Data Forum returns for its third year, building on the powerful dialogue and momentum sparked at its inaugural launch. Agenda and networking event to be announced soon!

On January 23, CDIA hosted an inspiring Women in Consumer Data Lunch & Learn exploring the impact of mentorship and the ways women support, inspire, and elevate each other in the workplace.
Our dynamic panel—Rebecca Kuehn and Jennifer Sarvadi of Hudson Cook, Tricia Wyatt of Bridgeforce, and Yolanda McGill, Deputy General Counsel for the Office of the Governor of North Carolina—shared candid insights about finding mentors, becoming one, and building peer networks that foster confidence and leadership growth.
Participants then broke into small groups for lively discussions, sharing real experiences and discovering tangible strategies to build authentic, lasting professional relationships.
From finding the right mentor to championing others’ success, this 90-minute session was filled with inspiration, connection, and actionable takeaways for women at every stage of their careers.
