Women in Consumer Data Virtual Lunch & Learn
The Mentorship Effect: Women Creating Space, Success, and Support

On January 23, CDIA hosted an inspiring Women in Consumer Data Lunch & Learn exploring the impact of mentorship and the ways women support, inspire, and elevate each other in the workplace.

Our dynamic panel—Rebecca Kuehn and Jennifer Sarvadi of Hudson Cook, Tricia Wyatt of Bridgeforce, and Yolanda McGill, Deputy General Counsel for the Office of the Governor of North Carolina—shared candid insights about finding mentors, becoming one, and building peer networks that foster confidence and leadership growth.

Participants then broke into small groups for lively discussions, sharing real experiences and discovering tangible strategies to build authentic, lasting professional relationships.

From finding the right mentor to championing others’ success, this 90-minute session was filled with inspiration, connection, and actionable takeaways for women at every stage of their careers.
