CDIA recommends dividing the course into several sessions. Each time you log in to the site, the system will remember your last position. After completing all assigned training modules, you will gain access to the final FCRA exam. If you choose not to take the exam immediately, you can return to the various training modules to review the training material further.
The final exam is a mixture of “true or false” and multiple-choice questions. Upon completion of the exam, you will receive your score immediately and will have the opportunity to review your exam. Upon successful completion, you will receive a certificate (valid for two years) indicating you are knowledgeable about the FCRA and its provisions. If your attempt at the exam is not successful, but you still wish to earn a certificate, you will need to purchase the course again.
