New simplified guidance for accounts included in Bankruptcy Chapter 7, documented in FAQs 27(c) & (d), was first published in October 2019. If you have not programmed for the new guidance yet, get your IT department or software vendor involved now! The original guidance in FAQs 27(a) & (b) will be retired in May 2025.
