In January 2021, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) Taskforce on Federal Consumer Financial Law released an extensive two-volume report with over 100 recommendations for the CFPB, Congress, and state and federal regulators on how to improve and strengthen consumer financial laws and regulations.

Join Jean Noonan, Partner at Hudson Cook and one of the five CFPB Taskforce members, and Michael Benoit, Chairman, Hudson Cook for an insider’s perspective on the report.
