Somosky v. CDIA (1)

In June 2020, Melissa Somosky filed suit against CDIA in federal court in New York, alleging violations of federal antitrust law. In February 2022, the Southern District of New York issued an opinion and order granting CDIA’s motion to dismiss, with prejudice (2/28/2022).
