It’s heartwarming to read (this time in the N.Y. Times) about another company, in this case a temp agency, that makes it their mission to give second chances to formerly incarcerated people. We at CDIA believe in second chances but we also know that employers need to offer that second chance based on a full range of an applicant’s history. Congratulations to MaineWorks on its success.
