Supreme Court Decision: TransUnion v. Ramirez – A CDIA Webinar

On June 25, 2021, the Supreme Court decided TransUnion LLC v. Ramirez (No.20-297), holding that the vast majority of class members lacked an Article III injury and, thus, they did not have standing to assert their FCRA claims against the Consumer Reporting Agency.
Now that the Court has issued its opinion, CDIA will host a webinar with David Anthony, Partner at Troutman Pepper, and Rebecca Kuehn, Partner at Hudson Cook, to discuss the ramifications and key holdings of the decision.
