On March 13, 2012, the U.S. Chamber, along with the Consumer Data Industry Association (CDIA) and the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS), hosted a day-long conference examining the use of applicant and employee background checks in employment, with a focus on criminal conviction background checks.  The program was called Due Diligence, Background Checks, and Employment.  Agenda: Final Agenda.
