In June 2018, CDIA filed a comment with the CFPB on the Bureau’s RFI Regarding the Bureau’s Consumer Complaint and Consumer Inquiry Handling Processes. This comment letter also contains information relevant to the Bureau’s Request for Information (RFI) on the Bureau’s Complaint and Inquiry Handling Processes, Docket No. 2018-0014.
