Katharine Parker, Daniel Saperstein and Kelly Anne Targett of Proskauer Rose, wrote an op-ed in the Aug. 13 edition of the New York Law Journal, City’s New Credit Check Law is Unnecessary.  The piece highlights how the New York city council missed a golden opportunity to pass a law that worked and protected both business and employees.  The op-ed also cites to testimony offered by CDIA in connection with the council’s legislative process.
