CDIA is pleased to announce Andrew Smith, Director of the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) Bureau of Consumer Protection, will be a featured keynote speaker at the 2020 CDIA Virtual Law & Industry Conference on September 24, 2020. Smith will address the FTC’s privacy priorities in his remarks, and elaborate on the Commission’s recent update and improvement of its data security orders.
