The Texas Privacy Protection Advisory Committee released its report.  As you will recall, the committee was created by H.B. 4390 (2019) by Rep. Giovanni Capriglione (R-Southlake).  The committee released its report in September 2020, after more comprehensive committee work was stalled by both COVID-19 and changes in personnel in the house.  CDIA filed a comment to the committee during its shortened process.
