On December 7, the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia has hosted a 2021 Fair Lending Interagency Webinar on fair lending. The webinar convened eight federal agencies, CFPB, HUD, DOJ, FDIC, FHFA, FRB, NCUA, and the OCC. We have not yet reviewed the recording of this program, but if we learn anything interesting, we will pass it along.
