In 2020, the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AO) created the Electronic Public Access (EPA) Public User Group “to provide a formal and interactive venue for engaging external users. The Public User Group will allow for the exchange of  information regarding public access issues experienced by the various user types that constitute the PACER user population as well as recommend ideas for expanding and improving services.”
